Ajinkya Technologies uses two commercial models.

These are published indicative ranges. Final scope is agreed after a plant assessment.

- India: INR 1.5 lakh to 3 lakh for a 2-week on-site and remote assessment of one plant
- US pilot entry: USD 8,000 to 15,000 for a 2-week remote fit assessment

### MES implementation (single plant, greenfield)
- India: INR 25 lakh to 1.5 crore depending on line count, SAP integration and custom reports
- US: USD 80,000 to 300,000 depending on scope and ERP integration complexity
- Timeline: 12 to 16 weeks from kick-off to go-live

### RFID warehouse automation
- India: INR 15 lakh to 80 lakh for a single warehouse, hardware included
- US: USD 60,000 to 250,000
- Timeline: 8 to 12 weeks

### Agentic AI pilot (one process, one agent role)

## Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
