Amey Kadle is the Founder and CEO of Kadle Global Pvt Ltd, the parent company of Ajinkya Technologies. At 30, he has built one of India\u2019s most active enterprise manufacturing technology companies \u2014 managing over $1.4 billion (Rs 12,000 crore) in enterprise inventory and tracking 720,000+ materials daily for clients including JSW Steel, Hindalco Industries, Samsung Electronics, and the Indian Army. The origin of Ajinkya Technologies

Amey started assembling computers and selling them door-to-door in Belagavi while still in school. He founded Ajinkya Technologies as a student. The company pivoted from hardware to software in 2020, and in 2023 shifted focus entirely to enterprise solution development for large-scale manufacturers.

A turning point came during an 18-month stint at IISc Bangalore\u2019s EPLabs, where exposure to design thinking and product development methodology reshaped the company\u2019s approach. The practical question that drove the pivot: why do India\u2019s largest manufacturers still run critical operations on paper registers and Excel?

Building without external funding

Ajinkya Technologies is entirely bootstrapped under Kadle Global Pvt Ltd. Every product, platform, and deployment has been funded from client revenue. This constraint has shaped the company\u2019s approach: build things that work and that clients pay for, rather than pursuing scale metrics for investor narratives.
