About Amey
Amey Kadle founded Ajinkya Technologies in 2015 in Belagavi, Karnataka, with a single conviction — that Indian and global manufacturers needed a manufacturing-native engineering partner, not another generic systems integrator. Over the last decade he has built Ajinkya Technologies into a 500+ enterprise-deployment Industry 4.0 partner, now part of Kadle Global Pvt Ltd, with active programmes at JSW Steel, Hindalco Industries, Samsung Electronics and Aditya Birla Group.
Under his leadership, Ajinkya Technologies has shipped MES, IIoT, RFID warehouse automation, Agentic AI and the Ankastra workforce intelligence platform across steel, foundry, automotive, refractory and engineering manufacturers in India, the US, Germany and the Middle East. Ankastra now manages 71,000+ employees across Indian enterprise manufacturers; the company\u2019s RFID deployments track over $1.4B in enterprise inventory with 99%+ accuracy.
He was profiled in Forbes India (April 2026) as one of "5 Entrepreneurs powering India\u2019s innovation and growth story" and is the named subject of the Samsung Electronics official case study "Ajinkya Technologies transforms warehouse automation with Galaxy XCover7" (September 2025).
