United Arab Emirates
MES and Smart Manufacturing Partner for the UAE
The UAE is the Middle East's most advanced manufacturing hub, with aluminium smelting at EMAL and Dubal, a dense Jebel Ali logistics and light manufacturing corridor, food and beverage processing across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and a growing pharma and semiconductor assembly base. Operation 300bn, the UAE's industrial strategy, targets AED 300 billion in manufacturing output by 2031 by growing smart-factory capabilities, local content and advanced-technology adoption. We help UAE manufacturers achieve this through MES, IIoT, RFID, AI inspection and agentic AI.

Operation 300bn and UAE industrial strategy
Operation 300bn is the UAE government programme to grow manufacturing from AED 133 billion (2021) to AED 300 billion by 2031. The programme targets 11 priority sectors including advanced industries, food and beverage, metals, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Smart-factory investment (MES, IIoT, AI) is explicitly part of the National In-Country Value (ICV) and technology localisation requirements that anchor the programme.
Ajinkya Technologies has deployed MES and RFID systems that achieve the kinds of productivity and traceability improvements the programme requires. We work with manufacturers who are responding to OEM or government customer requirements for digital records, OEE reporting and supply-chain traceability as part of the ICV programme.

How does Operation 300bn relate to your services?
UAE's Operation 300bn strategy targets AED 300 billion in manufacturing output by 2031 by growing advanced manufacturing, localisation and technology adoption. MES, IIoT and AI investment directly supports the strategy's targets for operational efficiency, smart-factory capabilities and local-value-add requirements.
What industries do you serve in the UAE?
Aluminium and metals (Dubai Aluminium corridor), petrochemical processing, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, logistics and electronics assembly. We also work with Jebel Ali Free Zone manufacturers and industrial parks in Abu Dhabi.
Can you integrate with ERP systems used in UAE plants?
Yes. We integrate with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and local ERP systems. ERP integration is included in the engagement scope for all MES projects.
What does a UAE pilot engagement cost?
An initial plant assessment costs USD 8,000 to 15,000 for 2 weeks, remote and on-site. A single-line or single-warehouse pilot follows at USD 40,000 to 120,000 depending on scope, with a 8 to 14 week timeline. Contact hello@ajinkyatechnologies.in for a scoped proposal.
