Shopify or WooCommerce, which should we pick?
Shopify if you want a managed platform with fewer moving parts and strong app support. WooCommerce if you are already on WordPress and want full control of hosting and cost. We build and support both.
Do you manage ad spend or just set up the campaigns?
Both, depending on the package. Ads management from $800/month covers ongoing optimisation, creative testing and reporting; ad spend itself is billed directly by Google/Meta to your account, not marked up by us.
We sell in-store and online, can you cover both?
Yes. Most of our retail clients run local SEO for the physical store alongside a Shopify catalog and ads for the online side, the packages are designed to combine.
