Website Development for US Small Business — Fixed Price, You Own the Code
A stack review and a content-architecture workshop come first, every time. From there we scope a fixed-price build with a defined page count, a component library, and structured data on every eligible page.
Delivered from India on US Eastern hours (9am–6pm ET, Monday–Friday). Contracted through Kadle Global Pvt Ltd, India. Month-to-month — no long-term lock-in.
How the price bands work
These are starting bands for a typical US small-business site; every project is quoted in writing after a scope call because page count and integration depth (CRM, booking, payments) change the number. Nothing is invoiced until you have a written, fixed-price scope.
If your marketing team owns the CMS and posts frequently, we build in WordPress. If speed to publish matters most, Webflow. If you need server-rendered performance and custom logic, Next.js — the same stack this site runs on.
- Stack review and content-architecture workshop before any quote
- Fixed-price build with a defined page count, invoiced in milestones
- Component library, structured data and accessibility from day one
- Source code transferred to your Git organisation at handover — no platform lock-in
What we bake in from day one
Every build ships with Core Web Vitals compliance, structured data (Organization, Service, FAQPage where appropriate, BreadcrumbList), WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, analytics with Consent Mode v2, and a HubSpot or Salesforce form embed with UTM capture.
- Core Web Vitals green from day one
- Structured data on every eligible page
- WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility
- HubSpot / Salesforce embed with UTM capture
- Optional monthly maintenance retainer — see /us/growth/website-maintenance
What you get instead of a sales pitch
We do not publish invented review scores or partner badges we have not earned. Here is what is real: every engagement is month-to-month, you own every asset (code, ad accounts, CMS, analytics) from day one, and a named engineer — not an account manager — is on your kickoff and weekly review calls in your ET business hours.
As our first Ajinkya Growth clients complete engagements, their reviews, case studies and (with permission) names will be published on this page. If a specific credential (Google Partner, Meta Business Partner, Shopify Partner, a Clutch profile) matters for your decision, ask us on the call — we will tell you plainly whether we hold it today or not.
- Month-to-month contract, cancel anytime with 30 days notice
- You own the code, the ad accounts, the CMS and the analytics — no lock-in
- A named engineer on kickoff and weekly calls, in your ET business hours
- Fixed scope agreed in writing before any invoice is sent
Frequently asked questions
Which stack should we pick?
If your marketing team owns the CMS and posts frequently, WordPress. If you want speed to publish and low technical overhead, Webflow. If you need server-rendered performance and custom logic, Next.js.
Do we own the code?
Yes. Source code is transferred to your Git organisation at the end of the engagement. No platform lock-in, no ongoing licence fee to us.
How long does a typical build take?
A typical marketing site takes 8 to 12 weeks from kickoff to launch. The component library is built first, then pages proceed in parallel.
What is not included in the starting price?
Paid stock photography or custom illustration beyond a basic set, copywriting beyond light editing of your provided text, and third-party software licence fees (booking platforms, payment gateways) are quoted separately once the scope call is done.
