WordPress and Shopify Maintenance Plans for US Small Business
A site that is not updated is a site that eventually breaks or gets hacked. Our care plans keep WordPress and Shopify sites patched, backed up and monitored, plus a small monthly bank of content-change requests so you are not paying a developer’s hourly rate to swap a photo.
Delivered from India on US Eastern hours (9am–6pm ET, Monday–Friday). Contracted through Kadle Global Pvt Ltd, India. Month-to-month — no long-term lock-in.
What is included
Every plan includes core and plugin/app updates tested on a staging copy before going live, daily automated backups, uptime and security monitoring, and a monthly bank of content-change hours (photo swaps, copy edits, new blog posts formatted and published).
- Core, plugin and theme/app updates on a staging copy first
- Daily automated backups with one-click restore
- Uptime and security monitoring with same-day alerting
- Monthly content-change hours (scales by plan)
What you get instead of a sales pitch
We do not publish invented review scores or partner badges we have not earned. Here is what is real: every engagement is month-to-month, you own every asset (code, ad accounts, CMS, analytics) from day one, and a named engineer — not an account manager — is on your kickoff and weekly review calls in your ET business hours.
As our first Ajinkya Growth clients complete engagements, their reviews, case studies and (with permission) names will be published on this page. If a specific credential (Google Partner, Meta Business Partner, Shopify Partner, a Clutch profile) matters for your decision, ask us on the call — we will tell you plainly whether we hold it today or not.
- Month-to-month contract, cancel anytime with 30 days notice
- You own the code, the ad accounts, the CMS and the analytics — no lock-in
- A named engineer on kickoff and weekly calls, in your ET business hours
- Fixed scope agreed in writing before any invoice is sent
Frequently asked questions
What happens if unused content-change hours roll over?
Unused hours do not roll over month to month — the plan is priced for a predictable, ongoing monthly bank rather than a banked credit.
Do you host the site too?
Hosting can stay with your current provider or move to a managed host we recommend — either way, it is billed separately from the maintenance plan itself.
Can we upgrade or downgrade the plan?
Yes, month to month, effective the next billing cycle.
